It was another big night for Hollywood A-listers as they gathered at the 19th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards at the Shrine Auditorium. We got to mingle with a few of the winners backstage. Here are some highlights:
Dick Van Dyke, Lifetime Achievement Award
"I love to perform. I need an audience. I love an audience. That's why I'm not good in movies. I’ve been very lucky. Luck has a lot to do with it. It’s about being at the right place at the right time."
“I’m very lucky to have a job. I’ve been around long enough to appreciate these things. I know it doesn’t happen often and it may not happen again."
"Leo said, 'Don’t give up on it. He was the greatest man of the 19th century.' So this is all Leo’s fault. When Liam [Neeson] decided to move on he encouraged me."
"If you've noticed my public speaking...I’m still waiting to get a couple of tips on how to shut up."
